Anytime is a good time for Burrata. This creamy cheese is paired with heirloom tomatoes and an arugula salad tossed with lemon oil and sea salt adding a hint of sweetness. Slice into the soft cheese and enjoy as is or spread on some warm bread.
Chef Kaszubinski returns to his Southern roots with the Oyster Roast made with fresh Blue Point Oysters and prepared with Nduja butter. The Nudja butter sets this dish apart from traditionally prepared oysters. Comparable to andouille, it gives the roasted oysters a spicy kick in this Cajun inspired dish.
An absolute must try is the Grilled Octopus. This smoky steak-like texture octopus is prepared with Nduja, potatoes, olives and artichoke hearts to create a savory dish.
The Seared Day Boat Scallops are four generous sized, plump scallops served on a bed of lentil and exotic mushroom ragout with heirloom carrots and Chervil lemon butter. The juicy scallops pair remarkably with the bold flavors from the ragout and lemon butter sauce.
The 8oz burger is made with Wagyu beef and topped with pork belly bacon, double Gloucester cheese, lettuce, tomato and truffle aioli. The lightly seasoned Wagyu meat makes this burger incredibly tender and flavorful. The burger is served on a flaky brioche bun made by Miami based Zack the baker and accompanied by house cut fries.
When in Florida, order the Key Lime Pie. This decadent dessert has a graham cracker crust and is topped with a Chantilly crème. The key lime is pure indulgence in every bite and the perfect ending to every meal.
