The highly anticipated Boatyard opened its doors to the public just over a month ago and kicked off its grand opening celebration on November 6, 2015. This nautical themed restaurant, previously known as Bimini Boatyard, now, Boatyard has a new look and a new menu, but the same great location. The Restaurant group partnered with Hudson Capital Group has most certainly exceeded expectations with the unveiling of its new concept, Boatyard.

The staff are like members of a crew on a boat, all working together to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience. Dine alfresco with spectacular views of the waterway or inside in the comfortable, open seating area. The menu is comprised primarily of wood fired grilled steak and seafood entrees complimented by sauces. There are a variety of shareable appetizers as well as soups and salads.  Loyal patrons of Bimini Boatyard will be pleased to know that the new Boatyard has kept the beloved Bimini bread on its menu. Boatyard prides itself on obtaining the freshest catch from local east coast fisherman with its hook to table menu options.

To start, order the Jumbo Crab Cake made with juicy succulent lump crab meat served with blistered corn, piquillo pepper, chow-chow and creole mustard sauce. Another must have appetizer, the Charred Octopus combines tender smoky octopus mixed with wilted kale, garbanzos, fingerling potatoes drizzled with chorizo vinaigrette. A noteworthy shareable, the Seacuterie three daily selections of fresh, sushi quality house made seafood like Mahi Mahi, Salmon, and Swordfish served on a Himalayan salt block. Choose the 14oz New York Strip grilled to perfection served with a la carte sides of vegetables and potatoes. Try one of the favorite entrees like the Florida Paella, a seafood medley of calamari, scallops, mussels, shrimp, clams and local fish made to order served in butter garlic sauce over saffron rice.
