In the upcoming weeks, Chef Rivas will be adding new additions to the menu in celebration of DaVinci’s one year anniversary. One of the items featured on the debut menu is the Zuppa di Pesce, a succulent combination of seafood like: lobster, shrimp, clams, calamari and scallops in rich, flavorful tomato broth served over homemade pasta. The Zuppa di Pesce is unquestionably the best in South Florida. Another noteworthy dish is the Marco Prime Seabass, tender seabass served over polenta fries and drizzled with miso and ginger glaze. The presentation of the Marco Prime Seabass is pure artistry accompanied by an interesting burst of flavors. Choose an innovative option like one of the new flat breads, light, crisp flat bread topped with a medley of fresh vegetables like: zucchini, squash, red onion, and roasted red pepper topped with creamy goat cheese and toasted to perfection. Be sure to pair one of the 3,000 bottles of wine from the extensive wine list with your meal. Try a homemade dessert from the selection that won the 2015 Best Boca Dessert like the Sea Salt and Carmel Tiramisu, layers of cake soaked in espresso, coffee liquor, and carmel mascarpone crème topped with homemade whipped cream and sea salt toffee.

The new menu launches on October 15th during the Taste of Italy themed party to celebrate the one year anniversary. Come out from 5:30-8:30pm, sample food, taste wine, enjoy live entertainment and the chance to win prizes.
