The classic rock band, Journey best known for powerful ballads like “Open Arms” and “Don’t Stop Believin” returned to the Mohegan Sun Arena last weekend for two back-to-back performances. The October 4 & 5, 2019 live shows were Northeast stops on their U.S. tour before taking up residency in Las Vegas at the end of the month. Journey, one of the most popular American rock bands in history with a career that has spanned nearly 50 years played illustrious favorites like “Wheel In The Sky,” “Lights,” and “Any Way You Want It” for their loyal fans at the Uncasville location. The last time Journey visited Mohegan Sun Casino & Resort was in 2017, right after they were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Mohegan Sun Arena is ranked among the top three arenas in the world for its size. The 10,000-seat multipurpose entertainment venue hosts live music, sporting events and comedy shows. Mohegan Sun Arena consistently draws crowds to Connecticut with a record of over 11 million guests annually.
