Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi

Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi in Boca Raton, Florida has been impressing locals and visitors with its delicious Asian cuisine since opening in March of 2018. Saiko-i means “awesome” in Japanese. The team at Saiko-i wants to give every customer an awesome dining experience whether they watch an exciting performance from a skilled culinary chef at the hibachi table or enjoy any of their delectable selections from the lunch, dinner or happy hour menu. C0-owners, Chef Jason Zheng and Tina Wang are committed to providing their diners with a memorable dining experiences, which includes friendly and attentive service in a warm and welcoming environment. “We strive to prepare the freshest and most flavorful dishes with the finest ingredients.” Fresh fish is delivered daily, Monday through Saturday. Guests can order from an extensive menu offering: sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, tapas and hibachi. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant and lounge provides a variety of seating options. Dine at a table or booth in the main dining room, share tapas and rolls at the sushi bar, have a bite at the indoor/outdoor bar, or feast on dinner and a show at one of the eleven hibachi tables.

Saiko-i is now offering a new Dim Sum & Asian Tapas Brunch, on Saturday and Sunday, served from 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Diners can choose from an array of yummy dumplings and gyozas (including Crystal Shrimp, crispy lobster and shrimp, Peking duck, pork, pan-fried Wagyu beef, steamed veggies, and spicy tuna); lobster and shrimp shu mai; buns (short rib or roasted duck); avocado toast (with shrimp or salmon tartare); Blue crab fajitas; Korean pancakes (with veggies or seafood); tacos (lobster and shrimp or salmon tartare), and many other menu items (which range from $5 to $15). During brunch, diners may also order Bottomless Peach Bellinis, Bloody Marys, and Mimosas, for $15, per person, with the purchase of a specialty roll or another brunch menu item.
