Tim McEnery, founder of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants has opened a new location inside The Galleria Fort Lauderdale. The modern casual eatery built upon the belief that food and wine hold the power to forge lasting connections now has 35 locations nationwide.

Cooper’s Hawk is a lifestyle brand centered around wine and focused on creating memorable moments that enrich lives. Each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing. The concept is a fusion of familiar elements ― modern casual restaurant, Napa-style tasting room and artisanal retail market ― that has combined to create an entirely new hospitality experience. The restaurant is open, daily, for dine-in, carryout, contactless curbside and delivery services from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

South Florida native, Chris Culbreth recently experienced Cooper’s Hawk firsthand, “I’ve been in the restaurant business all of my life, so I know the value of hospitality in the industry. Our server, Iggy and all of the staff were gracious, helpful and knowledgeable which made for an exceptional dining experience.”

Cooper’s Hawk is among the top 30 wineries in the U.S. and has won over 500 awards. Home to the U.S.’s largest Wine Club, members benefit from a lifestyle-driven monthly affiliation, offering limited production Wines of the Month, unique travel and dining experiences, events, insider rewards and more privileges to Members.
